Payment and Cancellation policy for your upcoming session.

To confirm your booking, a prepaid deposit of 50% is required,

which can be made via:

  • PayID

to avoid credit card surcharges, bank and online payment systems fees.

It would be much appreciated if you can email me the transaction receipt.

*Fund has to be cleared from my bank account prior confirmation of your appointment.
Please pay by PayID (Fast Payments system, in real time 24/7, in most instances within seconds) if you book a session for the following day and you do not have time or do not want to wait for the transaction to be cleared from my account.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of the session before we begin.

While I do accept PayID and bank transfers for the deposit,

I prefer cash as the primary payment method forpayment.

Cash helps streamline the process and keeps things simple, ensuring a more seamless experience overall.

keep cash alive!

Please also note that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify me at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll apply your deposit towards your rescheduled appointment.

However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable*, and if the session is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

*The reason I have this policy is because resistance is a common part of the breathwork journey.

Almost all of us experience resistance before or even during a session. This resistance often stems from the ego, which tries to keep us safe and comfortable by avoiding change.

I’ve found personally with my own sessions and as a facilitator, that when something really deep and powerful is ready to be unleashed, the resistance in breathwork will be even greater.

But your soul brought you to the breathwork for a reason and so the best thing to do when the ego starts to rear its resistant voice is to just allow the resistance to be there.

Don’t get attached to it. Don’t try to overcome it, just observe it, and know that eventually your consciousness will elevate and your soul will win the battle.

When it comes to resistance showing up is half the battle

This is why committing to the session is so important.

The non-refundable deposit encourages you to honor that commitment, even when resistance arises.

It’s a part of the process, and by showing up, you’re already on the path to profound change.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which also helps ensure smooth scheduling and allows me to provide the best experience for all my clients.
