Nikki discovered breathwork when she needed it the most, a few years ago, after a crucial time in her life.

This simple yet profound practice breathed new life into her, guiding her toward healing and strength.

Nicoletta quickly realised that the breath was more than just a life force—it was her teacher, guru, and healer.

Breathwork transformed Nicoletta's life and has been a catalyst in her journey, and, as she continued to heal herself, she discovered a deep love for helping others do the same.

She knew that by sharing the simplicity and power of breathwork, she could guide others on their own journeys toward healing and wholeness. And so, with each breath, Nicoletta’s story of resilience and renewal grew, inspiring others to find their own path to self-discovery and well-being.

Nikki is a Personal Trainer, with over 5 years of functional training, Crossfit and calisthenics coaching, and an a trauma-informed Accredited Master Breathwork Facilitator, with over 400 hours of training.

She received her accreditation from Australia’s leading Breathwork Training program.
